Job description:

Secret Skin is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and develop our B2B (business-to-business) channel. Secret Skin is a value-driven discovery platform that connects mindful consumers to Conscious beauty brands from around the world, built on a framework that focuses on social and environmental impact. All our brands are responsibly curated with products that are safe for people and the planet, without harmful chemicals. As a Sales Manager, your role will be to identify & acquire potential clients for existing brands and create an engaged community of clean beauty ambassadors.


Key responsibilities:

· Identify and propose new distribution opportunities for the company in GCC Markets

· Responsible for growing the revenue across existing clients and new business development

· Responsible for the individual sales function, strategy, and achievement of sales targets for the company’s B2B Customers

· Direct, manage and develop all aspects of the sales campaign lifecycle for the assigned sales territory - from strategic sales planning to lead generation, pipeline management, churn analysis, and client retention

· Ensure timely sales and pipeline reporting based on weekly, monthly, and yearly revenue targets

· Review and monitor client performance, apply insights into sales strategy, and plan to grow the business

· Create and present high-quality documents and presentations to senior leadership both inside and outside the company

· Develop a best-practice blueprint for success, with plenty of scope to make this department your own and have a direct impact on the future growth of the company

· Understand, interpret and build on the learnings from all of our methods and systems for measuring and monitoring marketing effectiveness, including brand awareness, brand equity, and sales results

· Collaborate with marketing on lead gen campaigns, prospect engagement, data acquisition, and database building


Basic Qualifications:

· 5+ years overall experience in sales/distribution/wholesale in Skincare/Beauty Industries

· Extensive work experience in B2B Sales

· Proven work experience as a sales executive across GCC with a track record of meeting/exceeding annual sales goals

· Proven ability to prepare negotiation strategies/techniques and lead negotiations

· Strong Team Player with Excellent Communication Skills capable of clearly presenting ideas across the organization and influencing others

· Excellent stakeholder management skills

· Ability to quickly understand new industries and markets and to apply thorough analysis and critical thinking to understand how to best serve them commercially and profitably

· Strong sense of personal accountability

· An ambitious self-starter with excellent follow-through skills to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast and dynamic environment

· Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvement
