Yes! We ship to all areas of UAE, namely Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Ras al Khaimah and Al Ain at a minimal fee. 

Our aim is to get your products to you in a timely and effective manner. We will soon offer same-day delivery for all UAE orders placed before 10 am, however the earliest timeline we currently offer is 2 days.

Yes, all orders are subject to 5% according to UAE mandated laws. At the moment  your order is not subject to VAT. As a new start-up, we will implement the VAT charge as soon as we get registered as per process. Please visit this page for further updates.

We accept card payments in the form of Visa and Mastercard through Payfort, a safe payment gateway powered by Amazon. You can also opt to pay via Spotii, under interest-free instalment plans (Shop Now, Pay Later) with no hidden fees. We also accept Cash on Delivery in the UAE. 

Of course, you can pay for your order through 4 cost-free payments with Spotii. Please note that the minimum order amount for this is AED 200 at checkout (with or without a discount code). Spotii orders for lower than AED 200 will be made void automatically.

If you have received an incorrect order or if your product is damaged, you can apply for a return through our website. Returns MUST be triggered within 48 hours of receiving the product owing to temperature regulations for our products. Once your pickup request is raised, our delivery partners will ensure that it is collected from you and returned to our warehouse safely. Please ensure that you take a picture at the time of triggering your return of the damage/incorrect order and email us at customercare@thesecretskin.com citing your order number. 

For damaged products we offer a ‘no-questions-asked’ return and replacement or refund. Refunds are subjective to the issue with the order and will be evaluated by our team upon its return. Please retain the original packaging whilst placing the request for pickup.

Yes, all Secret Skin brands are cruelty-free, meaning that no products have been tested on animals. 

Secret Skin brands are ‘halal-friendly’ i.e. even though they are not formally halal-certified as permissible or acceptable in accordance with Islamic law; none of our products contain any animal sources. 

All products on Secret Skin abide by its ‘Never-List’ which means products contain NO sulphates/ parabens/toxins, CFCs, fragrance, silicones, coal tar, alcohol and palm oil etc. Please get in touch with us for specific concerns!
