For incorrect orders or damaged products we offer a ‘no-questions-asked’ return and replacement, or refund. Refunds are subjective to the issue with the order and will be evaluated by our team upon its return. Please retain the original packaging whilst placing the request for pickup.
Returns MUST be triggered within 48 hours of receiving the product owing to temperature regulations for our products. Please either call Customer Care at + 971 589992653 or email us on email@example.com.
